Branching of eaglet 1 looks like he or she is ready to go any day

Saw both eaglets this morning though only the larger one was very eager to stretch hop and jump while his sibling looked totally uninterested. At one point eaglet 2 looked to be just ducking for cover to avoid being smacked by the wings of his sibling.
