DEC 24: New nest nearing completion

Both Pride and Jewel were bringing in green branches and foliage this morning, very possibly a sign that they are working on the bole, or platform in the central part of the nest. When I arrived at about 8:15, Pride was roosting high in a tree near the corner of Pines & 208th. Jewel suddenly flew in and roosted at the tip of a very slender branch on the west side of 208th about halfway to the gate. She then flew to the nest.
