Don't seem to want to leave?

Rockitglider
Hello all,

They have been here a long time and I think this will be the last week. I count almost 17 weeks according to our posts in this group. 2 out of 3 chicks to fledglings . It's amazing how fast they get so big. This one I saw as a silhouette through the trees from the field and I knew it had to be a large bird, and I'm pretty sure this is the smaller of the two, I estimate it's size sitting like this from head to tail 37 inches using a pine cone as an estimated ruler. So I got this shot from the NE corner at the end of the fence. What an amazing bird. I hope the best for these two siblings.
