Hello everyone,
Well actually its after the bath, kinda drying off and flying to a tree, sorry for the shaking, I didn't have my monopod out, notice as soon as E14 lands the smaller birds are landing in the same tree to harass E to get it to leave. Click the link to watch from my Nikon site, its safe. I might have more videos after I go through all the disks from the end of this nesting season. http://img.gg/PFhNyNE Kit

Thx for the video ! So glad E14 is doing well what a relief must be hunting by now. So this is the pond by the turnpike? Would have thought she would go somewhere more quiet. Did you pullover on the turnpike exit looked like cars were passing by a couple of times.

Hello,
No I just parked at the same spot as you were, and walked over to the edge of the cloverleaf. I think they are used to the noise. Kit

The turnpike cloverleaf lake is just to the west of the nest tree. So if you are looking at the nest tree, turn your head to the left and there is a pond in that cloverleaf where they bathe, the adults bathe there too, and the sit in the palm trees on the west side of the pond.
