At about 9:45 AM on FEB 13 an adult believed to be the male (Pride) was sitting quietly on the nest. Only the top of his head was visible until he got up to reposition the eggs. No other adult was seen over 1 hour and 15 minutes observation (8:45-10:15 AM):
On FEB 18 it appeared that it was the female (Jewel) on the nest, barely visible through the structure:
She changed position at about 9:35 AM:
No other adult was present. Of course, no incubation exchanges occurred, although they have been reported by other observers
