The nest itself is very difficult to see...can really see the status of the nest and whether is being rebuilt...as everybody knows we had a spell of really bad weather. Ian impacted the area with Tropical Storm force winds...
This family shares the patch and adjacent lake with a family of Ospreys and a family of Red Shouldered Hawks...here a picture of one of the residents... (edited and corrected. Thanks Ken for pointing out is a Red Shouldered Hawk and not a Merlin)
