When I arrived Justice was on the nest alone really ripping, flinging around, and eating a fish. Tom was across the road and said he saw the other juvenile fly away just before I arrived but didn't know if an adult had made a food drop. At 7:10 Hope joined Justice in the nest and she began eating also.
Tom and Fernando left around 7:30 and I stayed a while longer, hoping to see the usual flying and tree hopping activity. Instead, they both remained in the nest and were still there when I left just before 8 pm. I noticed that the small birds seemed to be leaving them alone, so they appeared very comfortable and still in the nest after they finished feeding.
