Heading back to Florida to see "our" eagles!

Yesterday, this Bald Eagle flew over Nelson Lake, not far from our Illinois condo:



We had snow on the first day of spring. This is the view in front of our condo. The bank took over the property next door, and it provides a nesting site for meadowlarks, sparrows and muskrats. A pair of Horned Larks has already started nesting.



This Horned Lark looks devilish, no? Who can blame him in this kind of weather!
