That was probably Mr. Timothy McCoy, who works for the contractor.
Yesterday, they finished up all the work they could do without getting
to within 330 feet of the nest. He will probably drop by every now and
then, but only to find out if the chicks are still in the nest. If all
goes well, they should fledge around late March or early April. Then the
contractor is permitted to finish work on installing the traffic lights
at Pines and 209th.
