Park at 209 ave. 

Walk toward 208th ave. Go to the sign that says 208th ave next signal. look due south and you will see the nest. It is partially hidden due to the growth of the tree. You will see a concrete and wood power pole near each other and gravel connecting the sidewalk to the road. Stand on this gravel. and look carefully. Stand near  the road.

Drove down for an hour and parked at 209 ave spent 40 mins walking back and forth between 209 and 208 avenue by the road and even walked down 208 ave saw nothing. No nest no eagles no person nada. was there from 9'30am to after 10
