Bald Eagle repeatedly Circling vicinity of Dykes and Pines one week ago

A friend told me that approximately one week ago she observed a Bald Eagle repeatedly circling in the air in the vicinity of Pines and Dykes.  The Eagle was observed from the Costco parking lot.  We had a sighting along Flamingo not too long ago.  Has anyone else seen an eagle or eagles in that vicinty?  It may be possible something happened to Joy, and Pride was circling.  What do you think?
