Drove by nest today

I was driving near the nest today, waiting at light to go onto Pines when I saw one of the eagles in the melaleuca trees.  Its posture suggested that it might be drying wet wings?  This was at 10:26am, I drove past the nest and could not really get a good look to see if there was any eagle there.  I understand that it is difficult to see even when at a standstill.
Not the best shot but I was pulling away from the light.  At least you can see the wing posture.
