Eagle at nest

I drove by at 4:00pm and saw an eagle sitting at the nest.  Did a u-turn and parked by the light on the south side of pines.  As I was walking down the sidewald toward the nest I saw an eagle circling over head.  He circled for several minutes and then when south.  When I got to the spot to see the nest there wasn't anyone there.  So I guess if was Pride.
