FEB 25: Eaglet and Female adult on nest

Arrived at the eagle nest at about 9:15 AM to check on their welfare. The adult female (Jewel) was on the nest and the eaglet (P Piney 19) was to the right and mostly obscured by the overhanging branches. I watched for 30 minutes and there was little action. The eaglet mostly hunkered down but did raise up a couple of times. No other adult was in view. Got a couple of nice shots of Jewel
