I stopped by the nest yesterday, 2/2/2013 shortly after 2:00 PM and stayed for about 30 minutes. Neither adult present while I was there. The eaglet was as active as usual, moving from back and forth from one side of the nest to the other, arching it's head and stretching its wings. It would rest in the nest for a short time and then move about and show its head above the edge of the nest. Cute little tongue sticking out. You can see the beginning of feathers starting to form on its wings.
