Friday 9:00am to 10:00am 4/16/10

I arrived to see one eaglet on the nest and then noticed there was another slightly above the nest behind a large clump of Australian Pine needles. Within 10 minutes or so, the third eaglet flew in from the southwest and made a clumsy landing on a spot about 10 feet above the nest.

All the while, one of the parents (mom I believe - did not notice brown tip) sat out on the eastern Australian Pine near the roadway.

Around 9:25am, the other parent made a food drop and then joined his mate at the pine tree. At 9:45am this same parent flew off to the north.

Beautiful pics Mike it is so good to see that all three chicks are doing so well.  What great parents to raise all three!!
