I arrived to see "brown-tip" roosting on the dead tree strand. He stayed for 15 minutes or so and flew off.

Al arrived and we watched the nest, but no adults visited and the eaglets stayed low in the nest (the wind was fairly stiff).

"Brown-tip" returned and landed back at the dead tree strand for a while then flew north again. Attached are a couple of photos of the male as he flew away. MF
