JAN 22: Adult female over west Miramar 7:15 AM

While walking in the west Miramar Water Conservation Area less than 10 minutes after sunrise, an adult Bald Eagle flew in eastbound over the lake and passed directly over my head. Its large size suggested that it was Jewel from the Pembroke Pines nest about 1 1/2 miles to the NW.
