MAR 8: Eaglet active in nest

We visited the nest at about 10:00 AM and watched for 20 minutes. One of the parents was roosting just to the right of the nest, and the eaglet moved about, sometimes putting her head down into the nest as if picking up food, but we never saw any food in her beak. She flapped and stretched her wings.
