This morning I arrived at 7:30AM. One eagle (Brown tip) was in the dead Malelucas, the nest was empty. A few minutes later Brown tip flew to the cow pasture and returned with nest material, he rearrange the nest and flew back to the mamelucas. I saw a little movement in the nest. It was 2 little flufy white heads. I wasn't ready with my camera so I stood there. Later, brown tip flew again to the cow pasture and returned with more material for the nest. It then returned to the dead malelucas. At that point there was no movement in the nest. An Osprey circled around the nest and Brown tip left the Maleluca and chased the Osprey for a few seconds. Brown tip flew to the top branch of the nest. 15 minutes later, Brown Tip flew away towards the south side of the nest. 2 or 3 minutes later he came back with a white bird and started feeding the active chick. I left at 9:35AM and there was no sign of the other eagle.
