Saturday DEC 28 Eagle carrying nesting material 7:43 AM

While walking along the unpaved portion of Miramar Parkway/SW 196th Avenue, an adult eagle flew directly overhead, moving in the general direction of the nest tree, which is about 1.8 miles NW from this point. I got this poor shot that shows that it was carrying nesting material. It is not unusual for eagles to add to the nest lining during incubation.
