When I got there an eaglet was in the favored adult tree to the east. He flew off to hang out in the dead trees for a bit, then flew back; actually going into the nest and staying put after only 1 more fly by. While he was in the dead trees, an adult flew in from the east, behind the nest tree, headed to the dead trees. This was about 7:15. When I walked down to the dead trees I didn't see either of them. About 7:30 a second eaglet flew to a branch above the nest for a few mins., then went into the nest. They were both hunkered down in when I left at 8:10. Certainly was hoping to see a third eaglet, but didn't. I had to see for myself who was coming home to sleep at night.
