I half to Agree with Liza , I looked at your pictures from Yesterday and was amazed that the Female does indeed look like joy . I also seen the talon looks to have had a injury based in the picture it is right above her nail and it looks to have healed up and maybe that is why Joy was gone and now she is back we need to compare older pictures of joy and this lady . If they mated yesterday based on what you seen they I highly believe this is joy . Also Eagles can mated later in the season it happens all the time . I have made many calls to people that know about Eagles who have worked with them for over 15 to 20 years we can still have little Eaglets this year lets see what happened after Liza seen the Pair mating yesterday . I strongly believe this is Joy at the nest . This Female seems to know a lot about the area and Pride and that would take a new female a while to learn .
